Head Of Department - Nights

Responsibilities

Responsible for development, implementation and execution of sales targets with their team to support achieving business objectives.

Manages sales promotion activities.

Executes sales processes which includes business plans, contract strategy and execution and pricing models.

Maintains and expands current accounts, builds new accounts, develops strong customer relationships, and meets sales quotas for our products.

Coaches sales team on the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive; and which leads the customer to action.

Manages divisional budget and communicates budgetary limits to sales team.

Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of sales staff.

Coaches and mentors subordinates and appraises subordinates’ performance.

Handles customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.

Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Sales or marketing management experience is preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of total work experience.

3-5 years of sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment is preferred.

Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons is preferred.

Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons is preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong Business Acumen & analytical skills.

Presentation skills.

A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.

The ability to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time is also required.
