Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Position Type: Full-Time | Remote Telehealth

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our outpatient telehealth team serving adult clients throughout Rhode Island.

This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality psychotherapy within a structured, supportive clinical environment. The clinician will manage care from initial intake through ongoing treatment, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and provide consistent follow-through based on each client’s needs.

Provide scheduled individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth to adult clients

Assess client risk and respond appropriately in accordance with established crisis and safety protocols

Maintain consistent clinical follow-through and continuity of care

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

Outpatient mental health experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
