Our Elgin headquarters is a modern 45,000 sq. ft. Class A facility equipped with advanced systems and full in?house decoration capabilities, including engraving, laser, UV printing, sandcarving, and apparel decoration. This allows us to deliver fast turnaround, consistent quality, and custom solutions for corporate clients nationwide.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our promotional?products and awards sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands ASI/PPAI suppliers, branded merchandise programs, corporate recognition, and the fast?Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of account managers and program managers Oversee sales activity across promotional products, awards, apparel, and company store programs Manage key client relationships and support new program launches Work with marketing and operations to ensure accurate quoting, margin management, and on?time delivery Identify new opportunities in corporate recognition, branded merchandise, and event?based product lines Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and quarterly revenue goals Represent National Engravers' brands with professionalism and clarity
Qualifications 37 years of experience in promotional products, awards, branded merchandise, or related B2B sales Familiarity with ASI/PPAI suppliers, decoration methods, and custom product workflows Experience managing a sales team or leading client programs Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to corporate clients Ability to work cross?functionally with operations, purchasing, and marketing Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously
