Position Summary The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within our ENT and Allergy clinics. This position provides comprehensive support in case management, follow-up care, and patient communication. Working under moderate supervision, the APP evaluates and manages patients with upper respiratory, allergy, asthma, and dermatologic conditions while collaborating closely with clinic physicians in complex cases to ensure optimal outcomes. This a full-time role, 40 hours per week.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring all care is documented clearly and communicated effectively with patients.

Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies such as laboratory tests, radiology, CT scans, and audiograms.

Collaborate with supervising physicians for consultation in complex or difficult cases, whether in person or by phone.

No Weekend/Holiday call currently required.

Qualifications Current, unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice.

Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

APP must be able to provide patient care for all age demographics.
