Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale a high-performing team of managers responsible for driving revenue across our creator roster. This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on accountability, performance management, and operational execution. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Directly manage and develop a team of ~8 managers

Set clear performance standards and enforce accountability across the team

Run structured weekly 1:1s focused on pipeline, revenue, and execution gaps

Make decisive hiring and firing decisions to maintain a high-performing team

Own and be accountable for team-level revenue performance

Step in to unblock deals, accelerate pipelines, and close revenue gaps

Build and optimize systems for tracking deals, outreach, and performance

10+ years of experience in operations, sales leadership, or people management

Proven track record managing managers (not just individual contributors)

Strong judgment in hiring, performance management, and team building

Clear visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and performance at all times
