SDR - Sales Development (Remote)

At Direct2Care, we're on a mission to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for hardworking Americans, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us reach more businesses and the people they employ.
As an SDR, you'll be on the front lines of our growth strategy. You'll identify prospective customers, start meaningful conversations with business leaders, and create qualified opportunities for our sales team.
This is an ideal role for someone who is naturally curious, competitive, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated by measurable results. You'll have the opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, learn how businesses evaluate healthcare solutions, and build a strong foundation for a career in B2B sales.

What You'll Do Build the Pipeline Research and identify prospective customers that align with Direct2Care's target markets.
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social channels, and other outreach strategies.
Qualify prospective customers by understanding their business, workforce, healthcare challenges, and needs.
Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
Create Great First Impressions Clearly communicate Direct2Care's value proposition and the problems we help employers solve.
Tailor outreach and messaging to different industries, personas, and customer segments.
Own Your Performance Meet or exceed activity, qualified meeting, opportunity, and pipeline-generation goals.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within HubSpot.
Use performance data to understand what's working and continuously improve your approach.
Collaborate & Improve Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure strong qualification and seamless prospect handoffs.
Test new approaches and continuously look for ways to improve outreach and conversion.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or another highly relationship-driven role preferred.
Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals.
Ability to learn new technology, products, and sales processes quickly.
Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly.
