Head of Operations & Business Management

The Operations Manager serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all service‑related inquiries and escalations. The Operations Manager will act as the operational expert, guiding the team to deliver honest, reliable services with transparency and clarity.

Hire, train, and develop exceptional coordinator teams to support steady‑state operations, including but not limited to Veeva Employee Policies, Customer Business Rules, New System Updates, and Projects

Act as primary team manager for a number of direct reports and support workload management, quality, and adherence to SLA

Own and update SOPs both internal and customer provided, and maintain Business Rules

Support customer onboarding and identify areas for change management and improvements

Periodically work overtime to support business needs

3+ years of experience working at a pharmaceutical/biotech or third‑party agency to support HCP‑related events in the life sciences industry

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; Strong team‑management skills

Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Fundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Product Suite, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and Engage

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
