Front Desk Receptionist, Hourly

Salary: USD17 - USD20 per hour
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client’s dynamic team in California. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Maintain office records, files, and contact information.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Additional Information:
Salary Range: $17 - $20 per hour
