Pair & Marotta Physical Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Bakersfield, CA, offering a salary of $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with relocation assistance available. The role involves:
Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
Implementing therapeutic interventions and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree.
Educating patients and families on rehabilitation and preventative care.
Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Engaging in professional development through continuing education.
Qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure. Benefits include competitive salary, health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
