Inside Sales Associate
Join a global leader in cellular therapy and medical biotechnology.
This is an inside sales role focused on outreach, follow-up, and customer support.
What you’ll do:
Call and qualify new leads; introduce products
Follow up with prospects and active clients (CRM tracking)
Answer questions, handle concerns, and troubleshoot issues
Present new products/services and support sales efforts
Escalate complex issues as needed

Sales experience (medical device/pharma/software industry experience a plus)
Degree in Chemistry or Biology (Preferred)
Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume
Clear communicator; detail-oriented
Organized, responsive, and able to juggle priorities
High energy, strong work ethic, and coachable
