Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

D&M Leasing is a dynamic and growing organization with a strong presence in our dealerships and corporate locations. This is a full-time in-office position. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.

As a Recruiter at D&M Leasing, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition efforts. Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruiting for our dealerships and corporate locations.

• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, contributing to our candidate pipeline.
• Candidate Engagement: Create a welcoming and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented HR team and actively foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Minimum of 3 Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location or multi-department environment

• Familiarity with using an ATS and job boards
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
