Bilingual HR Generalist

A well-established distribution and manufacturing company in Vernon is looking for a hands‑on Bilingual HR Generalist to serve as a key operational HR resource across multiple locations. you’ll own HR functions end‑to‑end, drive initiatives, and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership. Lead full‑cycle recruiting across departments, including operations, from job posting through offer letter

Serve as the first‑line HR contact for employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and investigations

Administer performance management cycles

Own HR compliance initiatives, policy updates, audit preparation, employment postings, and multi‑state wage and hour requirements

Maintain employee records and reporting through Paylocity HRIS

Support payroll review and processing as needed

Coordinate required training programs and track completion

Occasional travel required for the role

3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience

Bilingual in Spanish (fluent or highly proficient) required

Proven ability to independently own HR functions with minimal oversight

Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance

Hands‑on experience with payroll processes and HRIS platforms
