Cases are located throughout Minneapolis, including the 55414, 55406, 55424, and 55404 zip codes.Our Current Patients Include:School-age children and teenagersClients with tracheostomy (trach), ventilator (vent), and G-tube needsInfants requiring advanced skilled nursing care, including G-tube and IV therapiesOpportunities to provide care in both home and community settingsAvailable Schedules Include:Monday through Friday day shiftsWeekend-only opportunitiesFlexible weekend coverageDaily coverage needs with extended shiftsFull-time and part-time options availableWhat We're Looking For:Active RN or LPN license in good standing*Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered caregiversExperience with trach, vent, G-tube, or other pediatric skilled nursing needs is preferred, but training may be available for the right candidateA desire to make a meaningful difference by helping children thrive at homeAt PHS, you'll build lasting relationships with families while providing high-quality, individualized care that allows children to remain safely in the comfort of their homes.Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift.
