Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Healthcare

The Front Desk Receptionist is to assist in obtaining, confirming, and updating patient information, including demographics, insurance, assigned physicians, and preferred pharmacy in the electronic medical records system. Functions collaboratively with other Patient Support Services, Front Desk Medical Receptionists, and other clinical services to ensure efficient, friendly, cost-effective service.

The work schedule for this role is aligned with Erie's hours of operations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Prior customer service required; Prior physician's office experience is beneficial.

Experienced in utilizing a computer and Microsoft Products and electronic medical records system is beneficial.

EPIC experience is a plus.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Bilingual is a plus.
