KWILL RE is seeking a motivated Industrial Real Estate Broker to join our established, transaction and advisory practice. This is a rare opportunity to team with proven professionals, work on active deals, and build new business in the strong Chicagoland commercial market.

Market and promote industrial buildings, multifamily investment properties, and development land sites

Experience in enterprise-level sales, connecting with people and relationship-building

A network of existing business contacts in distribution, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, and investment sectors

Active real estate broker license (or willing to get one)

We will fully train qualified candidates who may lack direct brokerage experience but offer:
