Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing, maintaining, and improving facilities? We're looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our attraction to the highest standards. From preventative maintenance and repairs to supporting new projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences every day.
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our attraction remains safe, operational, and ready to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.
Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections across the site
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment, fixtures, and facility systems
Completing daily health & safety, fire safety, and maintenance checks
Supporting electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks
Assisting with the installation and maintenance of new equipment and attraction developments
Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and organized manner
Contributing to annual maintenance planning and continuous site improvements
Ensuring all work is completed in line with company policies and safety regulations

We're seeking someone who is dependable, proactive, and passionate about maintaining a high-quality environment.
Experience in facilities, maintenance, building services, or a related trade
Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance work
Ability to safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment
A positive, customer-focused attitude
The ability to remain calm and professional in urgent situations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to work throughout the facility in both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes areas
Ability to safely perform maintenance tasks using appropriate tools and equipment
