We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Key Holder to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You’ll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures. Customer-focused, energetic, and dependable
Available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Support management with daily store operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
Maintain knowledge of store products, policies, and operational procedures
Help train and support new team members
Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
Competitive hourly pay
Opportunity to earn an additional $2–$3 per hour through performance-based bonuses
