Hospitality Host - Overnight

Host – Front of House (FOH)
Hyman’s Seafood is a family-owned Charleston landmark serving classic Lowcountry seafood with genuine Southern hospitality. We are a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serving thousands of guests each week, and we’re looking for a Host who is organized, personable, and thrives in a busy environment.
The Host is responsible for managing the front door, greeting guests, and maintaining flow throughout the restaurant. This role plays a critical part in shaping the guest experience from the moment they walk in.
Work closely with managers and servers to balance sections and pace
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
