Attorney At Law (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our growing team, with opportunities based in our Phoenix and Gilbert offices. While our firm handles family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters, this position is focused exclusively on family law.

• Responsibilities*
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Provide clients with informed legal advice.
• Represent clients in superior, justice, and municipal courts throughout Arizona.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining organized case files and documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
