Hospital at Home Registered Nurse (RN)

BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospital at Home team. If you have a background in Acute Care, Emergency Room (ER), ICU, Med Surge, IV Therapy, and/or Wound Care, we want to hear from you. This role provides high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them safely recover while avoiding or reducing hospital stays.

Flexible Scheduling: Days, evenings, weekends, holidays, full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

Provide skilled nursing care to Hospital at Home patients

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring

Start and maintain IVs and administer prescribed therapies

Perform wound care and dressing changes

Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, regulatory, and quality standards

Current, unrestricted Illinois RN license

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

Recent Experience in Acute Care, ER, ICU, Med Surge, IV Therapy, and/or Wound Care within the last year or more

Drivers License, reliable transportation and auto insurance

Home Health or Hospital at Home experience

Infusion therapy experience

Wound Care certification or advanced wound care experience
