Day & Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Travel RN - Emergency DepartmentJob Title: Travel RN - Emergency DepartmentProfession: RN Specialty: Emergency Dept Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care ED RN experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC & ENPC Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care ED RN experience. Description: The unit has 18 beds and 14 staff members. There are 2 RNs on the day shift and 2 RNs on the night shift. Typical equipment includes LifePak, Lucus, Philips, and GE. Typical procedures performed include IV insertion, EKG, foley catheter insertion, splints, wound infiltration, wound care, medication administration, and assessments. The facility has increased resources such as respiratory therapy, house supervisors, and staff available on medical/surgical and ICU floors.
