Address quotes, re-quotes and endorsements with a customer-first mindset, ensuring top-tier serviceRelationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and driving business growthCollaborative approach: Partner with teams across Underwriting as well as Business Development, Claims, IT and more, contributing to a unified and effective operationInnovative contribution: A dedication to placing our customers at the center of everything you doAnalytical mindset: Strong decision-making abilities, with a blend of data analysis and critical thinkingTeam collaboration: A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent relationship-building skillsAdaptability: Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscapeQualifications:Experience: 3+ years of underwriting experience in Management and Professional Liability, Commercial Property and Casualty, or Personal lines OR5+ years of experience in other insurance roles, such as claims or salesInsurance-related course work (CPCU, RPLU, etc.) Ability to travel at least monthly to drive effective customer interactions What We Offer: One of the advantages of working at USLI is the competitive salary and benefits program we offer full-time and eligible part-time employees.
