Head of Project Development Management

We are seeking a Project Manager, Development to join our team! The Project Manager, Development supports the execution of CyrusOne’s data center development projects by coordinating daily workflows across permitting, utilities, due diligence, engineering, incentives, tax, legal, sales, and construction enablement. The Project Manager, Development plays a critical role in driving operational discipline and supporting the Director and VP of Development Management in delivering development readiness for new data center sites.What You Will Do:Lead the project management of project activities from initial stage through data center completion.Facilitates cross-functional communications, meetings, and project activities to ensure successful data center development.Responsible for coordinating multiple projects in various stages of the development continuum. Ensuring that assigned workflow is being achieved and that tasks and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion.Manages document management and document control for important milestones throughout a project lifecycle.Preparation of dashboards and presentations to Senior Management Team.Participates and supports executive presentations.Build and publish recurring portfolio dashboards and the monthly executive reporting package.Identifies risks and dependencies early, escalating to stakeholders for timely resolution.Ensures adherence to standardized development management processes, tools, and templates aligned with CyrusOne’s global development framework.Collaborative Work Management Platform:Maintains project information in collaborative work management platform current and up to date.Build and maintain project boards and the portfolio rollup — groups, status columns, item and subitem hierarchies, and connected boards with mirror columns so project data rolls up without re-keying.Configure dependencies and timeline/Gantt views, including baselines and critical path, and keep them synchronized with the master schedule.Govern board templates, permissions, and data hygiene across all projects: audit for stale items, missing owners, and blank required fields.What We Are Looking For:5+ years of experience in the built industry with project values greater than $500M, preferably in the data center or complex building industry.Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include engineering, architecture, planning, or project management.Experience working with consultants (civil, environmental, survey, permitting), engineering firms and general contractors.Prior experience with large‑scale data center projects preferred.Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards.Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.Ability to interface effectively with technical, commercial, and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.Why Join Us?:Be part of the rapidly growing data center industry powering the world’s digital infrastructure Collaborative environment focused on commitment, accountability, respect and excellence  Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, life and disability insurance, access to mental health resources and employee assistance program Competitive pay, performance bonus, 401(k) retirement plan with company match Generous paid time off and holidays #LI-LC1#LI-OnsiteCyrusOne is an equal opportunity employer.
