Shift

Establishes and maintains PAR levels to ensure adequate stock of necessary supplies.

Builds and maintains relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers to ensure effective communication and support.

Rotates stock to ensure the oldest items are used first and to prevent expiration.

Engages in performance improvement activities to enhance departmental efficiency.

Contributes to value analysis projects to evaluate and improve supply usage.

Ensures staff awareness of new items, product changes, substitutions, back orders, and out-of-stock supplies.

Maintains a clean and organized supply area to ensure easy access and inventory management.

Basic knowledge of products and equipment used in the specialty area. [Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. [Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. [In-depth knowledge of products and equipment used in specialty area. [Some knowledge and experience in performing the duties associated with purchasing, receiving, shipping, and distribution. [Field of Study
