Healthcare Attorney - Remote

Healthcare attorney – Gpac, Troy, Michigan, United States Our client, a highly regarded healthcare-focused law firm with a national reputation and offices in the Detroit metro area, is expanding its team and seeking an attorney with 3–7 years of experience in administrative law and/or litigation. While prior healthcare experience is a plus, it is not required. Attorneys with experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or other complex civil litigation practices are strongly encouraged to apply.

Work on complex administrative, regulatory, and litigation matters

Exposure to high-stakes investigations and regulatory disputes

Key Responsibilities Manage administrative proceedings and regulatory disputes

Handle investigations and high-exposure litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in administrative law and/or litigation

Healthcare law experience preferred, but not required

Background in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or complex civil litigation strongly considered

Strong academic credentials

Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
