Press Operator Needed.

High school diploma or GED required
No previous press operating experience required; on-the-job training provided
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn printing press operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to safely handle production materials and operate equipment
Assist with setting up printing presses by loading ink, paper, and production materials
Adjust press settings under the direction of the Press Operator to meet job specifications
Monitor press operations and identify equipment issues or production concerns
Load and unload paper rolls, sheets, and other materials
Prepare and stage materials for production runs
Perform quality inspections to ensure printed materials meet specifications
Maintain production records and assist with inventory of printing supplies
Follow all company safety procedures and support production goals as part of the press team
