Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing, which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so you can choose what works best for your family. The patients and families rely on the nursing you provide. We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Pay:

LPN: $23.00-$26.00 an hour

Sign-on Bonus:

Full-Time - $2000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Part-Time - $1000.00. Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days

Schedule:

Full-time / Part-time / PRN

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Home Health to join our team in Broomfield, Arvada, and Westminster. We currently have multiple cases in the area needing staffed!

Key Responsibilities

Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes

Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician

Monitor patient\'s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team

Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system

Qualifications

Active RN/LPN License

Current BLS Certification

Valid Driver\'s License and Vehicle Insurance

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
