Job Description
Job Description A small, three-lawyer firm handling litigation of all types, probate, estate planning, and real estate matters is seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can serve as the initial face of the firm and step in with minimal training.
Responsibilities
Manage e-filing, calendaring, and deadline tracking.
Draft legal documents.
Handle client intake and answer and route incoming calls.
Support attorneys with ongoing litigation matters.
Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
Prepare probate forms and estate planning documents.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and case materials.
Prepare monthly client billing using Timeslips.
Preferred Qualifications
~ Three or more years of legal support experience.
