Human Resources Recruiter (Bilingual)

TKO StaffPros LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support our growing recruitment operations. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and top talent, managing every step of the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional experience for both sides. You'll own the full recruitment pipeline—from job posting to candidate onboarding—and your work will directly impact our ability to place great talent in the right positions.

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate onboarding

Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

Develop job descriptions and recruitment materials in collaboration with hiring managers

Support the rollout of recruitment strategies and process improvements

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices (preferred)
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently
