Job Description Operations Manager
Our client is a multi-faceted, multi-site specialized manufacturing firm They have a very diversified operation and are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee one aspect of their operation.
10% bonus possibility

- Oversee plant operations and production.
Provide production oversite, continuous improvement and lean principles
Including production, maintenance, shipping, quality, supply chain and engineering.
Manage plant expenditures within the budget guidelines.
BS in a relevant field or 5 years of manufacturing management experience.
Working knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, process improvement principles, Lean principles and overall manufacturing knowledge.
