Quality Assurance/Engineering

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer to support one of our largest clients in Indianapolis. The QE acts as a cross-functional liaison between quality assurance, production, engineering, and program management to ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and AS9100 standards.
This role supports quality activities throughout the product lifecycle—from proposal to delivery—with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading root cause investigations, reviewing manufacturing documentation, supporting qualification testing, managing nonconforming material, and coordinating with supplier quality.
Responsibilities and Requirements The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, collaborates effectively across teams, and brings technical expertise to uphold quality system requirements.
3+ years experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering
DOD or Aerospace experience
Experience with AS9001 Quality Systems and Audits
Schedule: 5 days onsite, 8-5 can flex
Full-time
