?? About the Role

We're seeking a

bilingual (English/Spanish) professional

to support front desk operations and administrative/HR functions. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

?? Key Responsibilities

Provide professional front desk coverage and greet visitors
Handle calls, emails, and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Support onboarding (welcome kits, scheduling, coordination)
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and scheduling
Maintain employee records, org charts, and tracking tools
Help coordinate meetings, safety committee items, and reminders

? Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
3+ years reception/admin experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems a plus
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
