Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook, ensuring adherence to instructions and safety standards.
Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
Keep food stations clean, wash dishes, cooking equipment, and silverware.
Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory.
Contribute to the upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
Proven experience as a dietary aide, showcasing your culinary and customer service expertise.
Knowledgeable about sanitation and safety guidelines, ensuring a hygienic environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.
