Senior HR Generalist - 3rd Shift

Sr HR Generalist & People Relations Partner

As a Sr HR Generalist & People Relations Partner at MKS, you will support employees and partner with business leaders at one or more local sites. In this role, you will report to the Human Resources Manager for our largest Division.

Collaborating with leadership and supervisors to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.

Support managers in addressing performance concerns and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs.

Coordinate onboarding and deliver orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws.

Maintain accurate employee records using HR systems (Workday preferred) and manual tracking tools.

Analyze HR data and report trends to leadership.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture across both sites.

Partner with HR teams to implement training and development programs.

Participate in or lead HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field and 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.

Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment laws.

Workday or similar HRIS proficiency

Flexibility to support different shifts (may include weekly hours to be available during 3rd shift)

Ability to travel between MA sites in close proximity

On-site office and plant environment

Frequent use of computers and office productivity tools.

Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
