Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. 18.5 - $19 per hour
shift: No Degree Required
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production

• Load and unload raw materials, castings, and bar stock into Swiss-style CNC machines
• Interpret and make minor edits to FANUC G-code programs to correct or improve machining operations
• Perform and adjust tool wear offsets to maintain part quality throughout production runs
• Monitor machine operation, detect malfunctions, and troubleshoot basic machining issues
• Complete in-process and final part inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
• Document production data and inspection results
• Adhere to all safety protocols, quality policies, and standard operating procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process or efficiency improvements
• Meet production targets in terms of quality, cycle time, and quantity while minimizing scrap and

Communicate effectively with supervisors, programmers, and quality personnel regarding production
