Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
This is a unique opportunity to work handson with stateoftheart robotics, highspeed conveyor systems, and advanced automation\u00A0technologies \u00A0in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. As an Industrial\u00A0Maintenance\u00A0Technician, youll play a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational excellence. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability
Install, calibrate, and optimize automated packaging and distribution equipment
Support a true 24/7 operation in a highthroughput facility
Provide technical coaching and support to junior technicians
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, efficiency, and performance
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience
• 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience
• 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience
• 1+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Experience with CMMS platforms
Strong preventive maintenance
Handson experience with conveyor systems and advanced automation
Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

You will work in highly automated manufacturing and robotics facilities that use advanced packaging, distribution, and material handling systems, including conveyors and other automated equipment. The role is physically active and requires the ability to move items weighing up to 49 pounds and to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will regularly use computers and standard office software to support maintenance documentation and communication. Safety is a core focus, with established procedures, safety regulations, and risk management practices guiding daily work. The organization provides lightweight fire-resistant daily wear and composite toe safety shoes to support a safe working environment. Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.
This is a Permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
