Automated Health Systems is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment operations and support HR strategy and employee lifecycle management.

Manage high-volume recruitment to support staffing needs
Partner with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
Provide guidance on employee relations and HR practices
Coordinate HR initiatives and organizational projects
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
PHR, SPHR, or advanced HR certification preferred
3-5 years of HR management experience required
Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
