Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality - High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. 1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. - Nine restaurants and lounges including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants. - Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields (all available to our associates to use!) - No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events. - Property is managed by Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University.

The Cocktail Server will work in our social venues and lounges which include a rooftop lounge, lobby lounge, high volume sports bar with amazing BBQ, and an outdoor pavilion. This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous service for the guest, and will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant front of house. It is important to know that we are tip-free environment so this position is paid a base hourly rate, no tips will be received.

Status: Part Time
Sundays are required. Occasional Friday and Saturday preferred.
Pay: $20 per hour, no tips

Interact with guests to take drink and food orders.
Assist guests with beverage knowledge in making drink selections.
Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center
Restaurant, bar or lounge serving experience preferred, but not required. Liquor, beer and wine knowledge desirable.
Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.
