Together, we can continue to lead the industry and help build our nation's infrastructure from the ground up.We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator that plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by managing the quoting process, qualifying and coordinating new customer leads, and providing day-to-day support to the field sales team.Location:This is a hybrid role based out of our Amerock office in Charlotte/Huntersville NC, in accordance with the Amerock Flex schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office / Monday and Friday remote.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the customer quoting process, including the preparation, review, and delivery of customer quotes and pricing requests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all quotations comply with established pricing guidelines, approval requirements, and company policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation of quotes, pricing approvals, exceptions, and customer requests to support accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness while delivering a high level of customer service.Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer data integrity. Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable business insights, and support sales and marketing initiatives.Oversee and manage new customers leads from initial inquiry through qualification, assignment and onboardingWork closely with outside/field sales representatives to support active sales opportunitiesCoordinate information, samples, pricing details, and customer data for field sales as neededCollaborate cross-functionally with customer service, operations, and finance teams to support the sales processQualifications:4+ years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales supportStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing quotes and supporting sales teamsProficiency with CRM systemsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughExperience supporting outside or field sales teamsAt Amerock, we care for each other.
