We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Fort Worth, Texas location. As a CNA at Avir at Parkview, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients as they recover and heal.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide supportive care and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of comfort and well-being

Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Support and assist with transfers, ambulations, and other mobility-related activities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, bend, and transfer patients as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Commitment to providing patient-centered care and serving with a warm, compassionate heart
