Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, in alignment with established protocols.
Assess test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibrations on laboratory instruments.
Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold our lab's high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Hold ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation.
