Role: Registered Nurse in a Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations.
Administer medications and monitor patient status.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Document accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Current, valid Registered Nurse license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a collaborative environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
