WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Establish and maintain customer relationships. Answering phones and routing/directing all calls to appropriate departments and personnel Take and deliver phone messages. Greet in person customers/visitors Take customer payments (check, credit cards). Assist in all AR/AP invoices, inquiries and coding for region. Aid all departments with correspondence, filing, ordering office supplies, merchandise and daily mail collection & distribution. Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers. Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $17.33-24.27/hr (Depending on Experience)
