Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail, inventory management for office, janitorial, and lunchroom supplies, providing backup for the front desk, and assisting with accounts payable tasks.This position reports to the Office Services Supervisor and does not supervise staff. The position works closely with employees, visitors, vendors, and suppliers.Persons with disabilities may be able to perform the essential duties of this job with reasonable accommodation. Ability to operate a variety of office machines, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task, meet behaviors established in Tree Top's Performance Culture and Values, and communicate by phone and email to various vendors and customers is also required.Experience, certifications/licenses, and training include a high school diploma or GED required, valid Washington State Driver's License and possess good driving record, prior experience in customer service highly preferred, prior experience working in an office environment is highly preferred, and prior experience with data entry is highly preferred.Salary Range: $18.48 to $25.87/hr.
