Project Types:

Roadway design and reconstruction
Transportation improvements

Responsibilities:

Manage transportation projects from design through completion
Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Lead project teams and provide mentorship
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Support client relationships and business development initiatives
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8+ years of transportation engineering experience
• Experience with FDOT standards, Phase I/Phase II design requirements, and MFT processes preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000+ base salary depending on experience and qualifications.
