Head of Business Finance & Strategy

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer-focused company to hire a Strategic Finance Manager . This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys combining FP&A, financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic partnership . You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions.
Lead financial modeling and business trend analysis
Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Commerce, and Accounting
Support annual planning and long-term financial strategy
Prepare financial projections and materials for senior leadership and Board presentations
Support strategic initiatives, including M&A
3+ years of finance experience
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Investment banking experience is a plus
- Looker and/or SQL exposure is a plus
