INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Rotating Shifts
5:00 am - 5:30 pm

$21.01 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain warehouse management system (WMS) locations within SAP. Track and schedule inbound containers. Create, label, size, and maintain warehouse bin locations. Process inventory location changes and system adjustments as needed. Generate cycle count data for finished goods and component inventory. Prepare daily and weekly cycle count reports and inventory accuracy metrics. Perform weekly inventory reconciliation between the Brownwood facility and off-site warehouse inventory. Monitor material flow and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse transfer locations. Generate reports on warehouse storage capacity and utilization. Support annual physical inventory by running reports and entering inventory data. Create, update, and maintain ISO documentation related to WMS and cycle counting processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years of warehouse operations experience. Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory control and WMS transactions. Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of SAP warehouse capacity planning. Understanding of warehouse inventory control and cycle counting processes. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
