About the role We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Docs Writer who can take complex technical concepts and transform them into easily understandable, user‑friendly developer documentation. As the company is growing, your contributions will have a significant impact on the way our products are communicated, both in the enterprise and open source community. You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and customer support teams to produce documentation that supports our developers, customers, and partners.
Write and maintain user guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and other product‑related content.
Improve Documentation Standards : Help establish and improve documentation processes and best practices across the company.
User‑Centered Writing : Content Review : Edit and review documentation produced by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Experience : 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
Writing Skills : Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. A basic understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies. Familiarity with common programming languages and development tools is a plus.
Tools : Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, or similar platforms. Bonus : Experience in a startup environment or at a Series A/B tech company is a plus.
