Remote Head of Partnerships

Compensation: $3000-4000 USD Per Month + Performance Incentives!
Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You'll join our team to build and scale relationships with B2B companies in the HR and talent ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential partners within HR tech, recruiting firms, and professional services.
Build partnerships that drive referrals, co-marketing opportunities, and revenue-sharing models.
Own the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships.
Structure agreements with internal and external legal teams and activate partnerships for mutual success.
Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to maximize value.
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively position Remote Leverage and support partner success.
Track and improve partner-driven revenue through strategic initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
CRM tools such as HubSpot
Outbound sales techniques
Relationship-building methodologies
Revenue-sharing models
Qualifications:
+3 years of experience in a Partnerships Manager role or related role.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
High level of motivation and persistence.
Energetic and upbeat.
Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
