Status: Full-time, Year-round
Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
As a Barista/Counter Server you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making coffee drinks, serving pizza, etc. You will be handling food and beverages while ensuring an accurate account of all transactions and providing customer service.
Take orders and politely repeat them back to customer to ensure satisfaction is met
Address customer's questions about menu items in a professional manner
Handle food and beverages that are requested by customer
Monitor and help manage the inventory of the kitchen and counter and make sure the food is stocked appropriately
Must demonstrate competency in reading, writing and arithmetic with accuracy in math. ring several checks at once, serve several guests at once while maintaining interactions between other staff and guests.
Assist with other restaurant positions as needed, including bussing/cleaning
High School Diploma or equivalent
Barista experience is a plus
Food Handler Permit
Shifts vary

Must be prepared to stay overnight if necessary, on occasional times of road closures.
May experience unusual stress from continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.
